  We take both our dogs here and love them! They always know who ore dogs are and say hi and love them just as much as we do every time we bring them in. They have welcomed us in time of emergencies and called with updates immediately when they have new information for us. Right now our baby girl who is a 5 month old Tibetan Mastiff is under observation. She swallowed some rocks and sticks at daycare. They have given me a detailed update when I called, showed me the x-rays and explained everything so that I can understand what they are wanting to do and why. They are all very genuine people and we couldn't ask for a better place to help us in caring for our pets!

  I love that the staff is always warm and welcoming! As well, I appreciate that our appointments are always on time. There is definitely a bend towards making the experience a positive one for our dogs, and that is priceless. I would also like to say that I am so appreciative of the time that Dr. Erlandson spends addressing my questions concerning our dogs (especially concerning titer results) - I feel like we are part of a team, both with the best interest of the dogs in mind. Keep up the great work!
